We had the Winnipeg Brew Bombers year end wind-up on June 5th and it was filled with stories, laughter, beer and steaks (and some delicious vegetarian dishes). I managed to take some photos of the steaks before I became busy with other things:
Thank you, Ralph, for picking up the whole tenderloins, cutting them, sprinkling them with Montreal Steak Sauce and letting them marinate over night in the fridge.
