Grains
5 Kg – 2-row pale malt
225 g – Carapils
150 g 45L Crystal

Mash at 152F for 60 minutes
4 oz maltodextrin into kettle – 60 minutes – disolve into small amount of cold water first
1 tsp irish moss – 15 minutes – rehydrate in small amount of cold water

Hops:
5.8 HBU – Nugget – 60 minutes (approx 30g)
1/2 oz Perle – 15 minutes
1 oz Cascade – 1 minute
1/2 oz Cascade – dry hop in secondary

Yeast:
1056 American Ale yeast
