Monin Gourmet Flavorings Competition

Congratulations to Kurtis Edginton for winning the Monin Syrups homebrew competition with his Lavender Ale. Along with a gift card, Kurtis will get to brew a big batch of his beer at Brazen Brewing. The 2nd place beer was James Ediger’s Coconut Hazy.

Entries must be submitted in 300-500ml glass or PET bottles. Each bottle must include a label attached with an elastic band. The labels must include the following information:

  • Full Name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Name and or style of beer
  • Syrup type used
  • Brief description of how the syrup was used

If you didn’t get a flavouring syrup at the February club meeting, you can contact Ryan Morton to get one.
